Kitten Health & Wellness Guarantee

Learn about Our Health & Wellness Guarantee for kittens. Our hand raised, vet checked kittens come with health certification and guidance for a happy, safe adoption.

The health and well-being of our kittens is our highest priority.
By welcoming a kitten from Nine Lives Palace, you agree to our Health & Wellness Guarantee, created to support a safe, gentle, and healthy transition into your home:

  1. Veterinary Examination: We recommend that your kitten be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of arrival. This visit helps confirm overall health and ensures a smooth beginning in their new environment.
  2. Preventive Care: All kittens are examined, dewormed, and receive age-appropriate vaccinations before leaving our care. Continued veterinary visits, vaccinations, and parasite prevention are essential for long-term health.
  3. Congenital or Hereditary Conditions: In the rare event that a kitten is diagnosed with a serious congenital or hereditary condition, we offer a replacement kitten of equal value upon receipt of written confirmation from a licensed veterinarian.
  4. Responsible Care Requirement: This health guarantee is valid only when the kitten receives proper care, including routine veterinary visits, appropriate nutrition, a safe indoor environment, and protection from exposure to illness or injury.
  5. Health Certification: Each kitten is accompanied by a veterinary health record confirming examination, deworming, and vaccination status prior to placement.
  6. Health Concerns After Placement: If a veterinarian diagnoses a serious health issue within 10 days of adoption, we will work with you to offer appropriate solutions, which may include a replacement kitten, assistance with veterinary expenses, or other options as outlined in our terms.

Our Health & Wellness Guarantee reflects our commitment to raising healthy, well-socialized kittens and placing them thoughtfully into loving homes. We encourage all families to review the full terms and conditions to understand their responsibilities and protections regarding their new kitten.
